Guest guest
As I was reading I was thinking Rescue Remedy. It should really take off the rough edges. Natural Anti-Depressants Hi All Yes I'm still around I read posts but haven't had much time to post have had my mum and dad down for the weekend my mum needed a break after recently loosing her mum. Anyway my friend has recently lost her baby and has just had some bad news from her accountant about money owing in tax etc. She has some anti-depressants but doesn't really want to take them. I suggested Rescue Remedy for the shock and trauma. Any suggestions of anything else she can use to help. Love Tracey
Guest guest
Lots of time doing things she likes, constructive hobbies, and time with good friends like you. Tell her to practice smiling even when she doesn’t feel like it. Research shows that when we smile the feeling follows, so it is worth a try. Just the act of looking up instead of down can make you feel better. I started to feel depressed after a meeting at the welfare office today. Simply leaving and walking home, looking up now and then, and smiling at neighbors fixed me up some.
