Hi Suzi,

Yes he is allergic, at least this time, severely to the antiobiotic.

Today's lunch:

edamame salad from Wild Oats, raw, fresh veggies with olive oil.---

I added for liver: slices of red beet

Then fresh tomato

Yes, garlic....the natural penicillin of them all.....

Then fresh parsley....

He's not a very cooperative patient so he has half for now, half for

later and now in between he's ready for his drug: predisone with

something else...who knows...but his coloring is much better in

face, not seeing hives or such, from seeing face and arms....not

sure on the stomach being fire engine red yesterday...I assume sine

he is off that drug that he had a flare up too, he has to improve.

We are going to go radical on the detoxing.

Burdock: are you doing it raw or in hot soup with some

miso/carrots/onions/garlic/ginger? I don't have burdock today, bur

sure have diakon and adding miso ideally when soup is more cooled

down to keep the enzymes alive.

Will keep you posted on this end.
