My family is originally from St. Louis and still shake their heads to see the mad rush to the grocery store. It seems Philadelphia isn't the only one that has overly dramatic weather people! If you get snowed in and you don't have enough provisions, I could send you some SPAM!! That stuff will last you a couple of winters!
