Guest guest
Yes a good day makes all the difference that is for sure!! I feel energized and motivated to do what we are doing and it makes me not regret for one second the helmet or the PT or any of it!! --
Guest guest
Hi all I took Grace in for her 4 month check today which I was dreading because her ped. always bums me out because it seems like the last few times we have gone in there was the tort dx and then the plagio dx and then him sending me for PT and the helmet etc etc. But I am so grateful after reading so many posts from people that have peds that don't help out, to have him as her doctor. He dx all of this early and got the ball rolling so now at 4 months she has been in her helmet for 1 week and in physcial therapy for a month and things are so improved. I will read you from his notes on her today " Encouraging progress keep it up! Rotation now normal (for the tort) and tilt much improved, has had plagio helmet on for 1 week already Big improvement. Face shape also improving " (the assymetry of the tort side) He was so impressed with Grace and she really showed off for him moving her head and neck around. The ped kept smiling and saying " she is doing so much better " so what a great visit and it encourages us to keep up all of our work on her as she continues to improve!!! Thanks for all the support everyone-- and Grace
Guest guest
: That's great - it is so nice to actually have a " good Dr's appt " for once! Sounds like you've had a great week, esp. compared to last week.
