" My mother used to tell me that, and you know, it`s true! If you were doing well with your weight loss or not, it`s all due to the way you THINK! Each day, you are presented with 3 doors that you and your mind can walk through. The first door is the door to your *past*. When you open this door, there are 2 paths you can take. The path on the left will lead you down to thinking about all the sadness and disappointments that you`ve been through. Or you can take the right path, and you`ll remember all the happiness and high points of your life. The second door is the door to your *present*. When you open this door, there are 2 paths. The path on the left is called " the worry road. " When you take this path, you immediately start to worry about everything you do, and that`s when a multitude of doubts set in. Or you can take the right path where you will begin to see all the possibilities of the wonder that each day brings. And the last door you can visit is the door of your *future*. And yes, there are also 2 paths you can walk though. If you took the left path of your past and your present, you will automatically take the left path of your future. If you only think about all the negative things that have happened in your past, if you have doubts and anxieties about your present, then your future is going to look pretty dismal. On the /other/ hand, if you have happy memories about your past and plan the time in the present, you will definitely choose the right path of your future! Get ready when you open that door, because all you will see is rainbows and blue skies, and that`s what I want you to see – the unbelievable journey that is still ahead of you! So have you been choosing the wrong path of life to walk on? Well, you and /only/ you can change that!
