Slipping already

Started out great... drinking tons of water, walking with the kids, taking them to the park, eating smaller portions and not eating after dinner at 5:30. So then I lost 12 lbs... then yesterday at lunch I got really depressed about something and over ate. Then last night I did pretty good with dinner... but around 9 p.m. I told my husband that I was really feeling like I was about to go on binge mode... I felt like my body was going to try to get back all those calories that it hasn't been getting over the last few days.... he told me to go to bed and I told him I'd be in there in a few... well by 2 a.m. I had another meal equivalent to a full dinner! I was up 2 lbs this morning. I am feeling like there is no problem going back on track this morning... I'm not feeling off track, but I am disappointed in what the heck

happened to me last night and how "un-strong" I was about the whole thing. Anyone have any pointers on this everlasting battle?
