Katrina do you find when you have a good protein for breakfast you dont get hungry in the early morning. I have found that if I do have protein instead of a carb it helps.

If you plan on exercising a lot, especially trying to add muscle, don't be

surprised it you *don't* lose all that much right now, because as you lose

fat you're gaining muscle. It might take a while for the scale to show the

difference but you'll feel it in your clothes first.

Why? You'll only start obsessing over number instead of how you're feeling.

If you can, take advantage of this situation and only weigh on the doctor's

scale. If you really need to see numbers change, take your measurements

every week and watch them change.

That's really low. How much did your doc say to eat? If he didn't give you a

number or a specific food plan, take a look at the Foodmover page for a
