Sue's Menu for Jan. 22, 2005

Breakfast: Slim Fast Optima Milk Shake (Milk Chocolate)

Lunch: SmartFood White Cheddar Popcorn

Snack: Pears in Orange Gel

Dinner: Veletta Shells and Cheddar with hot dogs mixed in

Total Nutrition Intake:

Calories--1732, Carbs--168, Fat--102, Protein--60

Water: 20 oz.
