Guest guest
Rhonda, Wow 7 pounds. What a start! Great job. checking in and sparkpeople :)Hi everyone,I'm so excited I could burst (for reasons other than overeating ) Anyway I weighed today and I've lost 7 pounds this week! My measurements are the same though . I know this is my first week, but what a start! I want to thank whoever it was that mentioned about sparkpeople, I joined and I absolutely love it. It probably isn't right for everyone, but it is for me. I also joined the presidents challenge - not doing as good on that - lol. So whoever mentioned Sparkpeople THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Well good luck to everyone, I read the posts, but don't respond a lot. It seems like I am spending a lot of time on diet and exercise stuff. This week - made sure to get 8 glasses + of water a daykept my calories mostly within the range I was given by sparkpeople (although 2 days I went over a few hundred calories)and got exercise 3x. I also ate fresh fruit several times a day. I hope I keep this up for good :)I really wanted to go to Zaxby's last night for chickenfingers, but couldn't find out the nutritional information so I stayed home and binged on baked salmon.Thanks,Rhonda100-Plus Files page 100-plus/files100-Plus Links page 100-plus/links
