Guest guest
Joe: Poor little :'(. Sounds like you've had a horrible week. I don't really know what to suggest to clean the medicine out of his band. Give CT a call Mon morning to see what they suggest. Have you tried the rubbing alcohol? I don't know if it would work on the stain, but I do know it doesn't hurt the inside of the band at all. Have you tried diff. Pedialyte flavors? Abby loved the apple juice flavor, that was it, she wouldn't drink any of the other brands. ALso, there's a special Similac formula called " Similac DF " . It helps when a child has diarrhea to get them re-hydrated and isn't as harsh on their tummy. I got Abby some last year at our CVS Pharmacy. That's terrific news about your ins. finally coming thru! Yeehaa! What a great relief. Let us know how is feeling. I hope he's over it soon! Debbie Abby's mom DOCgrad MI

Maybe they'll have an assortment pack. Thanks for the advice! -- Joe O'Connor streams2oceans@... Charlotte, NC USA

Every time she went on antibiotics we bought some of that stuff and we could usually head the diarrhea off at the pass. Marci
Guest guest
Hey Joe, I was just wondering how little was doing? Did you have him back at the ped today, is his bronchialitis any better? I can hardly get my kids to drink their pedialyte either, unless its the clear one. But they do really enjoy the pedialyte pops. The juice is really sweet tasting, and I know it turns me off but the pops are yummy...I lived on them last week! They really help to soothe the sore throat. As far as the medicine in the helmet, I really don't have any advice other than scrubbing with alcohol. Congrats on your insurance paying, that is great news! I hope you're all feeling better soon!
