Slim Fast Optima Shake (French Vanilla)

Morning Snack: Quaker's Weight Control Cinnamon Oatmeal with 1/4 cup of ff milk, and 1/4 cup of carrots

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Meatloaf with Whipped Potatoes

Afternoon Snack: Slim Fast Optima Peanut Crispy Snack Bar

Dinner: Lean Cuisine Sweet & Sour Chicken with 8 oz. of ff milk

Nutrition Intake: Calories--1234, Carbs--192, Fat--25, Protein--63

Water Intake: 64 oz.
