2 Mile Walk Diet

Hi there friends, Well, I am proud of myself again. Usually I do the One Mile Walk Diet by Walk Away The Pounds. Well, for some reason today I decided to give the two mile tape a try. I actually did it. I got real tired and sweaty, but I did the whole thing. There were a couple times when I was a little slower in my movements then the people on the DVD, but I just kept going and did the whole tape. I am so proud of myself. I didn't think I could do that. There were a few times when I just wanted to give up, but I didn't let myself. I just kept going. Well, I just wanted to share my excitement with you. I just can't believe all that I am able to accomplish lately because of having lost some weight. This is too exciting for me. Thanks you all for being so supportive and being there when I am down and being there when I am up too. I have wild mood swings and right now I am feeling pretty happy. 340/300.8/299
