Guest guest
I have a friend who has a daughter with the same allergies. Would you mind if I forward your email on to her? Guest guest
Hi Sara, my son has similar allergies and there were a few books recommended to me. If you go to Amazon.com and search for " allergy cookbook " you'll get both of them and more--and since my son has slightly different allergies, that might be your best bet. Our library has some that I borrowed, so that might be an option, too, once you have the titles of some of them. Good luck! -Bonnie > > Hi! hope everyone is doing well! Guest guest
My sister had those allergies when she was young too..she is 38 now. I will ask my mom for some recipes and modifications. The good news is, according to my allergist, a lot of food alllergies go away. Good Luck! -Heidi On 2/21/06, brgk44 <brgk44@...> wrote: Hi Sara, my son has similar allergies and there were a few booksrecommended to me. I know groups has a number of lists devoted to various food allergies, so perhaps you can find more suitable ones there. And I know bookstores have loads of allergy cookbooks, so take a look at your library or places like http://www.half.com to find cheap ones.
