Guest guest
's Daily Message WednesdayMarch 22, 2006FOLLOW-UPS On my radio show, I not only talk with new people who are just starting their journeys, but I also follow up with many I`ve spoken to before. So far, I have made files for over 100 men and women who I stay in contact with. Each week, I call as many follow-ups as I can, and wow, they are all doing terrific! Let me tell you about a few couples today that are finding success. Mark served our country in Desert Storm and continues to serve our country in the US Coast Guard. In January, he was told that he may lose his job because of his 30-pound weight gain. You see, Mark gained all this weight because his wife, , had a baby born with some respiratory issues. He and turned to food for comfort. Mark was weighing in at 237, and at 208. Within 2 months, Mark has dropped 17 pounds, and , 14! The baby is doing better, and so are Mark and . The first time I spoke to Van and , my heart went out to them because they were so frustrated and scared about their weight. I explained my program to them and told them to make good food choices, and the weight would come off. They stopped ordering pizza and Chinese food, and they began carrying their lunch with them and completely stopped eating fried food. So far, Van is down 28 pounds, and 31! Casey used to have a career as a Sumo wrestler, but at 525 pounds, he started to have problems with his health. That`s when his wife, Debbie, got in touch with me. She told me Casey was her soul mate and that she adored him. After our chat, they, too, decided to give it a try one more time. And this time is paying off, because Casey has sweated off 25 pounds, and Debbie 15! Last week, they told me they spend a lot of time planning their meals together. They always know what they have to eat for the entire day. Congratulations to all you loving couples! Aren`t these stories a WOW? I told all of them the reason they were seeing good results was because they are doing it together. I told them it was like taking another vow… the vow of health. I hope you and the person you love are supporting each other and watching out for each other`s longevity. Love,
