Guest guest
great post- I am so glad to see it. and want to do what is best and have been through a lot of stress so it was nice to see a great positive post for Boston's- I hope you get to meet them sometime that would be so cool Beck Hi - My son who is 10mos. old started going to Boston Childrens 4 mos ago. His neurologist is Dr. Mark Proctor and he sees a couple different orthotists @ Nopco...Mike and Randy. Everyone has been extremely helpful and thoughtful. Not to mention the fact that has responded to the treatment extremely well. We actually will be seeing both doctors tomorrow (we go in every other Friday). The helmet treatment is passive and has been great! was considered severe when we started and when you take his helmet off you can't even tell. We will be getting some new measurements tomorrow so I'm anxious to find out how much improvement he's had. We originally planned on going w/the DOC Band, we actually felt that it was the only and best way to go. But I must say that once we met w/Mark Proctor and saw the treatment and outcome of many patients, we decided to try it out. I am so glad we did too! has done tremendously well and these are truly some "top notch" doctors and surgeons at Boston Childrens, so we feel very comfortable w/putting our child in their care. We too live about 45 minutes north of Boston. So please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I just gave my notice at work to become a stay at home Mom, so my email address @ home is brownys4@... - mom to and Jack - 10 month old twins
