I had walked so much at the end of April, I was so sure the pounds was gonna melt off. But.....yeah you knew there was a but coming didn't ya? but....I think I went over board on the chips and ice cream. On those I didnt do the portion control and it cancelled out all my exercise I think. When I started I swore I would never eat more then the label said was a portion. And I know that works! When I first started I was losing weight! Then I started slipping and just eyeballing or even getting 2 portions and tell myself I would make up for it later. I see now I made a big mistake. I have to get back on my portion control again. You know the old saying if it aint broke dont fix it? Well portion control , counting calories and exercise was working. So I need to go back to it. Well I can say I havent gained but 3 pounds back so I'm not terribly out of line but...yeah that b word again...But I cant help but think how I wasted a entire month with no weight loss. A month is a long time that should have given me something to be proud of. Well, its over so all I can do is make sure I don't repeat that mistake with the month of May. Visit my weight loss journal.
