Are you full of life from the top of your head to the bottom of your toes? Do you squeeze everything out of every minute? Well, that`s today`s word to welcome us into a brand new day! I love life, don`t you? I can`t wait to get up in the morning and live. Oh, I know I`m living while I`m sleeping, but there`s nothing like bouncing out of bed and doing the dance of life! You`ll need VITALITY today, because today`s a busy day!

We`re at sea again, and I hope people see the light about workouts, because we have a workout workshop today! We`ve had 2 aerobic classes so far, and I can still see some people having trouble with certain steps. We`re gonna go over those steps plus proper form and concentration. You only get out of your workouts what you put in! You have to focus in on your breathing, your alignment, and trying your best with all the movements that your body will go through. You could burn a few calories in an hour, or you could burn a whole lot. It`s really up to you!

Then it`ll be lunchtime. Lunch is so hard for me on the ship. There is this Lido deck that is just all food! You can get pizzas, deli food, a massive salad, antipasto, Chinese food… yes, all together like a food court in a mall. I used to go up there, but I can`t go anymore. I want to dive in to all of it, but there are hundreds of people up there eating, so now I just eat my lunch in the dining room. Yes, I have a nice green salad every day, and sometimes a little bowl of soup. They make Jamaican Red Bean and minestrone, no baloney! ;-) I eat light, because I have to be bright for the exercise class that follows. Each day the classes get a little bit more challenging.

Everyone is going to be so excited, because tonight after we have our dinner, we`re having our mask contest! We were supposed to leave from New Orleans if you remember, but Katrina got in our way, so in honor of Mardi Gras, everyone on the cruise was assigned to create a mask. Oh, we`ve done contests before – talent, pajamas, and t-shirts – so mask night should be an exceptional one! These people are so creative.
