Yay! Got through yesterday really well :) Did a 40-minute step DVD

with Cathe F. and ate lots of fruits and veggies. Kept my calories on

the low side and wasn't hungry--but I did drink a lot of tea. The

fact that it has some flavor helps me to feel like I've had a treat.

Drank a lot of plain water, too...not sure if tea is as good for you

as water? Does anyone know?

Anyway, I found out a few weeks ago that Connor's TDK instructor (who

is so awesome, I can't even describe him--retired elementary teacher

who also happens to be a something-degree black belt) that he also

teaches a class on Tues/Thurs for adults. Well, my first instinct was

to run and sign up, but then I started thinking that I really don't

want to be the only chubby chic in there, y'know? Then a week after I

spoke with him, the person who assisted him in Connor's class was a

larger lady--fit, but definitely not skinny. So then I spoke with

her, asked her how long she's been with it, etc...and now I'm going to

do it. :) I pick up the schedule today and I'll be signing up pronto.

I can't wait! If all goes as planned, I'll start it around June 1.

Okay, well, time to get ready for the day. :)
