You don't have chocolate in the house do you? If you do go right now and throw it away! Your house should be your sanctuary. Ann
Guest guest
Angel when hubby and I fight. I like to lock the bathroom door. Put music on with a cold glass of diet soda and take a bubble bath. Oh ya and the candles. NH... Mom to Abby Liz 10/94 Anne 7/
Guest guest
Of course I have chocolate in the house. I REFUSE to give up chocolate entirely. This weight loss food plan is not a temporary thing, it's a lifestyle change. Even on the worst craving days I only have 1 or 2 Dove Chocolate Promises (dark chocolate). Those are only 1 point each and FAR superior to the WW candies in my opinion. Anyhow, the thing is that I COULD have turned to chocolate and eaten the rest of the bag, but I DIDN'T do that. ~Angel On Fri, 9 Jun 2006, Ann and wrote: > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Angel > >> Just noticed that I had not turned to chocolate.. so hurray for that! > > Yea! Guest guest
Thanks for the idea. Our bathroom door doesn't lock, though. We fought more tonight and I did my workout right after that to get out the stress. Hugs, ~Angel On Fri, 9 Jun 2006, Jase4567@... wrote: > Angel when hubby and I fight. This weight loss food plan is not a temporary thing, it's a lifestyle change. I didn't suggest you give up chocolate completely. I was just saying your home should be your safe zone. I wouldn't be able to keep chocolate at home. I was cleaning off the breakfast room table last night and I found a little bag of Skittles left from Easter. Snarfed 'em. Sigh. At least it was one of the tiny little bags that fit in an Easter egg. Ann
