Guest guest
Definitely do not feel guilty if you get a locally made less expensive helmet. There are many parents in our group who are quite satisfied with their child's locally made helmet. If you do go that route, definitely interview the orthotist who you'll be seeing & make sure he/she has plenty of experience in treating plagio babies. That's the key to a nice round head. Otherwise, I beleive there's also a Cranial Technologies (mfg. of the DOCband) in your Cleveland area (Mayfield Heights). IF your insurance would cover it & it's a close drive, then you could also possibly go for that too. But don't feel bad w/whatever band or helmet you choose.
