Yes, I also do , WATP, walk, tennis, jog, and mow the lawn. I have to rotate activities or I get bored. My favorite is my bike though. I do that just about every day, sometimes twice a day. I did go riding again tonight, so I got almost an hour of exercise. I am hoping that tomorrow morning's ride will be a little bit cooler! Tonight I came home sweating!

So, in addition to biking, Beth.... that must put you either in the "wanna be" or "Brink of death" categories for the heart-rate charts. LOL!! I think I am half in pansy and wanna be, depending on the day of the week....
