I wouldn't necessarily say it is too late. The Cranial Tech I go to

has 26 month old twins that got banded at 23 months. I don't know

the amount of correction they are receiving but some is better than

none. They had CT scans done and their sutures are still open. I

started my son at 9 and 1/2 months in his first band and we are

starting his second band when he is 14 and 1/2 months. I'm hoping

for some good additional correction with the second one even starting

so late.
