I could never get into smoothies as a meal replacement. I need something to

chew on, to add bulk in my gut. A smoothie, to me, is just a drink that you

have in addition to a meal, and not worth the calories.

I can't do smooth because I need to eat too. I would think I was having

a Frosty and for me that is a no no. I couldn't stop with one or 100.
