Welcome - this is a great place to be :) there's a lot of support here from wonderful ladies. Sounds like you have a plan in place - don't for get the water :) awesome job with the treadmill Live, Love, Laugh

New Here! Intro :)

Hello! I've just found this group. I've recently begun my weight loss journey again. My husband and I just moved and now that we are settled in, I can concentrate on eating well and exercising again. I would like to lose around 100-130 pounds, but I am happy to lose anything right now. My main reasons for losing weight are for my health (I would like to do things without being out of breath), and I would like to lose weight before becoming pregnant. We are planning to begin trying to conceive next summer. I am creating my own plan (a lot of veggies, lean meat, whole grains) and I have begun to exercise regularly. I got on my treadmill for the first time in about 1 year today! :) My plan is to do the treadmill for 1/2 hour a day for at least 5 days a week and then next week increase it to 45 minutes, eventually getting to 1 hour a day. Once I am there, I will begin to increase the speed I walk and the incline.

Eventually, I will also add strength training. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better.

Hi , Glad to have you here. You've come to the right place for

support. It's great. Sounds like you are off to a great start. Post every so

often and keep us up to date on how things are going. You don't have to wait

untill you have lost oddles of weight. We love to share in your progression.
