The baths are definately purging and often cause continued purging

for a while after bathing but I'm wondering if his fever also caused

a major exodus. Thats about 4 degrees higher than normal and I bet

they didn't like it, especially if he was too sick and didn't bathe

during the day. When I was purging that badly, I would often do a

quick change of sheets before I got back into bed after the shower.

It was a PIA but well worth it for those purging ones are still on

the sheets. I never had all the colors and lint balls but I do feel a

little cobwebby at times still. Hang in there, whatever your doing to

get them out is a positive thing.

Hi Bob,

Yes... better out than in.

Pamela had also thought that it might have been his fever that caused

the explosion. Boy... what an explosion it was.

He did the ESP shower before going to bed earlier that evening and

was so sick that I just didn't have the heart to wake him up after I

got mauled. That's why I lint rolled the bed. It worked. Knock on

wood...

They say to exercise so you sweat and to take steam baths if you can.

Raising body temperature seems to help with purging. I drink ginger

tea and eat ginger to try to raise mine before a bath. The cayenne

helps me a lot in the baths too. Hmm maybe some new approaches can be

worked on, hopefully not getting sick. I did read where eating hot

peppers for a week helped someone to beat them.

Wow what an experience....I am glad you are feeling OK....your poor

husband sounds like he was oblivious, but it must have been very scarey

for you...

Didnt someone post a link about a man who was inducing fever by bathing

in extremely hot baths then he would get out of the tub and wrap

himself in a sheet and all manner of 'things' were emerging..?

trlyblest, I thought you had these things beat. Sorry to hear that

isn't the case. I just spent $3000 for a commercial ozone machine.

I'm not sure how long it needs to be run though. How can I tell if I

have an internal infestation? Which ESP botanicals do you

recommend? Do you think that I can use the ESP products on my pets?

I also just bought a 50lb. bag of diametacious earth for use on the

outside of our house. Do you think that works against red bird

mites? I post lots of questions on this forum and very few of them

actually get answered. Anyway, I'm open to suggestions.

Hi Z...

That sure is one heck of a way to purge isn't it? !!! He said that

he never felt a thing. Poor dear. I'm glad for him. I'm also glad

that so far, that episode has not infested the environment. We are

working so hard to keep that from happening. So far so good!!! Yaayy!

I remember something about that... the person who was inducing a

fever... I'll try to find that post/link. I think it was right about

the time that I subbed to the list.

I think Bob's bathing protocol produces about the same effect.

I have heard of a " rare " green fiber; very unusual, though.

I wonder if your husband's fever had anything to do with the purge.

Induced fevers have been used as an intervention.

When my nephew was a little boy, he had warts on his hands. One time

he got the flu, and had a really high temp - almost 104 - and the

warts all fell off.

I hear you Trly,After using the neem and cedar in veggie oil I found little red lint like things in my bath with the black stringie things. It seems like what ever it is they nest by cocooning and then the stiff gets in our skin. I had a black shirt on when I bathed and I only dried off with paper towels the first bath session I had. Wondering where red would come from my self. This is all so weired. I hope you and your hubby get out of this mess soon.J. It's not that anyone doesn't want to answer your questions, it's just

that, first of all, things move so fast in this group. With an average

of over 75 posts (3 digests) most days, it is easy to miss a post or

several, even some that are replies to our own. About once a week I

search the group (the search box left of Start Topic) for " katiejill "

and " livingwithcritters " to see if I missed any replies. Other than

that, I can use the same search box to hunt for keywords such as ESP,

sauna, bath, heat...

Second, many of us have only a few moments on the computer each day, if

we have that. Many have no job or money due in many cases to the

situation that brought us here in the first place, and have trouble

maintaining our computers and internet connections. So when we're

online, we may not have TIME to read all the posts, only time to scan

the digest for whatever jumps out at us or the latest messages, which

at busy times may only represent the last hour's worth of posts. I have

posted before and thought my post didn't make it up because it was

already so far back due to a high influx of newer posts that I couldn't

even find mine! Until, like I said, I searched for my usernames.

I had more for you myself but have to run for now...take care, sweetie,

hang in there and know that if we don't answer, it isn't that we don't

Hi Trly,

That must have been totaly freaky for you. I don't have the bird mits any more but whatever they left me with. I am still slathering myself with vegetable oil and cllove oil and oregano. I am so amazed at what is coming out including fibers. I might even lose a pound or two. loo.Iam adding this to my protocol along with the baths and the esp.

Is it expensive.....after just reading one of fritos links I think the

next step for my family is to start drinking pure water.....I expect

to pipe up whisky about now

Since I started using the esp botanicals a few weeks ago, my skin has

been itching a lot. The first time I used it, it made my skin feel so

buggy that I waited a few days to use it again. In the meantime I

used my trusty castile soap with tea tree oi. For the past two weeks

I've been using the esp soap and balm every evening. The cobweb

feeling in my skin has gone away, but I itch a lot, and there seem to

be tiny little bugs coming out of my some of my pores at times. I

don't know what these little bugs are, because they're not the chicken

mites I started out with so long ago, and they feel much smaller. My

skin is improving, because I am oftentimes waking up in the morning

with no bug/worm sensations whatsoever in my skin. However, I keep

wondering if there are a bunch of bug eggs deep in my skin that I am

slowly getting rid of with the esp products, or what? As for the crap

that people are pulling out of their skin, is it nest material or

debris from the bugs living inside your skin?

Do you have any thoughts on what the stone like things could be? I'm really going to step up the internal aspect. Now that this is happening I just want them out. I'm thinking that because of taking the things that I am now maybe this has started my body purging as well as the oil?

I have seen it in health food stores, but it's just as easy to call

and order it over the phone (check website for number).

Yes, I do. In addition to what you see coming out through your skin,

your bodily processes are being assisted in breaking things down in

your system, and eliminating them through other means...being

This is about face mites. (sorry in japanese)

The jist of the video is that this guy from Okinawa came up with a

spray concoction that expels these mites.

As you can see under a microscope, a sample taken from the guys nose

area contained these things.

These live deep down inside pores, come crawling out at night, feed

off your face (blood? Didn't say...) and go back in and believe to

be cause of acnes and rough skin.
