Guest guest
Bill, Did the ant traps really stop yours??? AWESOME!! Trly & gt; & gt; Some of the newer posters here are not familiar with this person but I spoke with SOM today. He is one of our previous posters in which has suffered this nightmare going on four years. In the last four weeks he has incorporated Ant bait traps in his home and is having such good results that he wanted to let you all know. The traps have pheromones that attracts ants, but we both are of the feeling that whatever these & quot;things & quot; are are attracted to a multitude of pheromones. He wanted to let you all know the good results he was having. He said it took > about a week to feel a decrease and over the course of the next three weeks, the activity has gone down to almost zero. He is doing weekly laundry now and gets no activity at his computer or while he is sleeping. He said that he places the traps near his computer, under his bed, etc. & gt; & gt; How these traps may be working. The pheromones attract, they enter, and may feed on the bait. So they may ingest some portion and then go back to their & quot;nest & quot; The exposure to the rest in the nest occurs due to the exposure of the bugs exoskeleton and legs, etc. They carry the compound back on their bodies, spreading the compound to others in which may also ingest/breathe or expose their own bodies to the original bug. The original bug dies from the ingestion/inhalatio n or external > > Bill >
Guest guest
Dear Trly Did you try them ? I put them out the day I read the post , no more bugs in the house, almost zero. , it took only 2 days. And no more in the car I only put1 in each room , and 1 under my car seat My house is epsomed like a blizzard though . I still spray a little when I come home and I know I am bringing them in from my visits to places that have them like: parks ,docks, friends, my old trucks & etc.. Othewise I don & #39;t spray any more. I haven & #39;t totally sprayed my house since 10/10/08, before that I sprayed 1 cup epsom & 4 cups water every 3 days to ceiling to floor & down the vents. Thank you Som Thank you Frito the messenger Bill trlyblest wrote: > Bill, > Did the ant traps really stop yours??? > AWESOME!! > Trly > & gt; & gt; Some of the newer > posters here are not familiar with this person but I spoke with SOM > today. Guest guest
Bill! That is great news! No... we never tried them as we were through our External infestation back in June. May consider getting them just in case. Would hate to re infest the enviro due to purging.... Congrats to you!
