Guest guest
Hello everyone. We are doing good. As long as I don't go looking for the things we are ok. I have the dehumidifiers running in our basement and I'm not going down there until next spring. That will make 2 years for everything down there sitting without any one entering the rooms. Also it will make 8 months for the units to be running and keeping it as dry as possible down there. We aren't doing any more yard work until next spring. Keeping my car sprayed with raid to saturation point seems to be doing the trick of keeping them out of the car. We also keep a dehumidifier running in the car when we aren't using it. So with the raid used to blast them to death when we felt them and then washing with the Clorox in the wash cloth followed by the strong salt water and then the olive oil we have got our life back on track. Next spring will tell us if we can go in the basement or work out in the yard. We never had luck with some of the things that others have said worked for them so I don't understand why what we did worked. It didn't matter what we ate, what type of light we had, nothing on the skin worked except something that had a "killing" effect. No smell worked and any oil rubbed on the skin seemed to have about the same results. Wearing and using cotton made things worse for us as long as our skin was infested. It's been an ordeal for sure and one that has change me and I will never look at life the same again. Rita Re: ADAM...... Adam, and Rita, we havent heard from them...I dont blame Rita for taking a break, i would too. I just hope she is doing well...And didnt Adam say that he had a doctors appointment on the 30th. Guest guest
Rita, Thanks for the update on your implementation. People pop on here all the time and have missed stuff so refreshing tactics and progress are a gift to all. I hope everything gets better for you soon. Glad to here that you will not be forced into your yard for a while. By then maybe there will be a method for keeping your yard mite free. You may want to try the bifitherin on your pourch and walk ways once a week and see if it helps. Hang in there sweetheart, J.
