Guest guest
Here's a mite repellent from a very large company, Kincho (think Japan version of the company that makes Raid). The product is called " Dani Yoke Herb " , which literally translates to " mite repelling herb " . http://www.kincho.co.jp/wnew/200803/daniyoke_harb/index.html The red one is " floral herb " scent using rose and jasmine scents. The blue one is " fresh herb " scent using basil oil. The green one is " spruce herb " using a mix of rosemary oil and spruce scent. All of them contain Cinnamyl (I have no idea what this is) PhCH=CHCH2- 3-phenylallyl and ethanol It does not specify the type of mites these repel but it's worth a try to try to make some of these. Guest guest
The purple " cartoon " mites almost look cute. I'd be glad to only worry about plain old dust mites again. Makes me crave a bag of red hots & a whiskey (neat) straight up! Best wishes, Sue Cinnamon Leaf and/or Bark oil Very potent, vasodilator of skin, causes redness or burning and not recommended neat. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------- From: kihunrc <kihunshin@...> bird mites Sent: Thursday, November 13, 2008 6:05:44 PM Subject: another DIY idea: Mite repellent (Japanese) Here's a mite repellent from a very large company, Kincho (think Japan version of the company that makes Raid). Guest guest
Posted this at 8 pm last night & it didn't show up till 3:30 am this morning...serious lag. Sure the same happened to your post, Holly. Though I sometimes find myself reading from the internet in my dreams, don't believe I've posted from dreamland yet!
