Bathing ritual - making showers less a chore

I guess everyone has their ritual for bathing, clothing, washing

clothes, drying, etc.

My ritual before getting out of the house is to take a shower, scrub

down, then either leave ESP soap on skin and dry or if I don't do the

masque, I use ESP balm or some other lotion. It's a chore however and

my showers can be 45 min long at times.

When I examine body w/ black light when I get the crawlies, I see

white speck all over me. It seems the more specks I have, more

crawlies. Sometimes stings. I am able to wash them off w/ just water

though. For example, if I have white specks all over my hand, after I

rinse my hands w/ just water and look w/ black light, the specks are

no longer there. I'm wondering if my showers could be shorter and

less thorough, just like the showers I used to take before all this

started. What do you think?

Showers alone will not work to get rid of these bugs. I have tried.

It may be that they are retreating internally. I know about the long

showers, and there is no way around it. It is a big part of my day,

but the most important. Keep up the good work, you will see results

soon.

Kihun, my 10-12 minute baths are just as effective as a long one. I'm

in the shower 6 minutes with the esp products or three with regular

denorex shampoo. After your comments about what happened at your

meeting, I would love to see you take a short shower in the am, then

come home from work and a couple of hours before bed take a couple of

my short spice baths in a row. I would also suggest you make the ESP

environmental spray mix, add in addition to Trish's recipe one oz

each of clove bud and juniper oils, use three oz of the oil mix per

gallon, and spray your car with it weekly. It leaves white spots on

the plastic areas, which I wipe and spread evenly so at least it

looks even. My cars are no longer a problem using this spray, after

my initial chemical spraying in them. I bet you would see improvement

in your mite load after two to three weeks.

Is anyone else besides Bob using the ESP environmental spray and

having success?

Bob, if you don't mind, can you tell me where you got all the oils

for your spray? Usually, hunting down or deciding where to order is

the biggest bottleneck for me. I already have tea tree and cedar.

thanks!

Has anyone else had success w/ Trish's environmental spray that Bob

is using?

I'm heat treating my car once or twice a week and it seems to help

but I think I keep on re-infesting it every time I drive, despite

spraying orange plus and having a painters sheet over the sheets

when I drive. I don't think orange plus is working for me, not in

the car at least and there's no residual. I realize that it only

ups the humidity when I spray it in the car. I think I'll up the

heat treating frequency to as many times as I can. It does get over

150F inside the car tho. And even in the seat cushions, It gets to

around 140.

And Bob, where do you get all the oils? Usually, I spend too much

time hunting for the best places to buy stuff and btw I decide

where, I could've already gotten them had I ordered in the very

beginning!

Thanks.

essentialwholesale.com or newdirectionsaromatics.com

new directions has the best selections, tons of clays and oil carrier

bases (they have reasonably price carrier quality pumpkin seed oil)

I'm not saying this stuff is fantastic K. I just think it's working

for me, gradually, especially with my modifications strengthening it.

Your trying so hard and I just want you to find some relief, as I do

for everyone. My quality of life is so much better with my baths. I'm

probably 90% better, it's just the last 10% I can't seem to shake.

Trish probably has her mix of oils if you want to get it from her,

and you can just add the juniper and clove oil to it. Your car will

definately have a new smell to it.
