I'm sorry that you had to go through that! But am glad that you are

outta' there! Better days ahead!

Were you able to get to a shower and impliment your protocol

immediately after leavving the old place? That should cut down

on " some " of the activity.

Also apply some Vaseline or Aquaphor onto a q-tip and twirl it around

in the nostrils. This should catch them while entering or exiting.

You'll feel them " wiggle " as they get stuck in it... so clean your

nostrils out again and re-apply. Same for the ears!

The good news is that, like Rita, you have a method that works and

know how to jump right on it...yes, you are starting over, but NOT

from the beginning. Know we are all rooting for you - and let us
