Okay, ESP Rocks! I started using it and 50% of my crawlie sensation went away. I have gone through a whole bar of soap in one weekend, though, cause I am masking everyday.

Wow a whole bar in a weekend?

I thought I was using them quickly (I'm on my 2nd bar after 3+ weeks).

Are you taking the recommended bath prior to your masquing or are you

just showering?

Just showering. I have couch surfing until Sunday, when I found a place to rent for a month.

Hi Darlita, it was different for me. I wasted a lot of money on ESP and never

felt like I got my money's worth or any benefits. I like how they use natural

stuff but so does many others. Nothing they make gets rid of the crawling for me

either. I tried the masking strategy with soap and it dried out my skin out

something fierce. What I did was first lather up my body with their soap then I

left it my skin after getting out of the shower as they prescirbe. Then I put

their oil on top of that. It was torture. I couldn't wait to get back

in the shower and wash all of it off. I don't know what the answer is but in my

case it wasn't ESP Botanicals. I am no longer taking advice from them. I hope

this helps someone esle.
