Guest guest
I have heard of other people saying the same thing after taking ACV. It might be that you were low on potassium. If you do decide to take ACV just do a much smaller dose, OK? > > > > Tryly - Wow! I sure can't figure out why you'd be feeling so well > the > > following morning...but that's good news. Guest guest
I have tried taking a quick shot of ACV recently and am reminded why since I was 14 I take it when the arthritis flares up with 1 part ACV and about 4 parts of HONEY!!! No way am I giving up that instant pain relief (INSTANT. for me anyhow) but neither will I ever make the mistake of taking it straight again! Many things must be mixed with other things for various reasons: To reduce the impact on the tummy (nausea, etc) To reduce the acid reflux effect To reduce the sheer nastiness of the flavor! To reduce the harshness. For example, chamomile and lavendar are added to many things for these reasons. Don't write it off, though of course if I had a bad experience with it, I would experiment if anything, even if I had the desire to give it another try...! katiejill > > > > > > Tryly - Wow!
