that Chasity gave to me earlier, because it's difficult to see the

monitor for the tears...)

The gifts you give are priceless and mean so much...

I feel so ashamed because I have nothing to give at the present

time... Except a heartfelt thank you and a box full of love in

I think if it helps you to continue to read and post on the forum,

you should. I for one can say that it's very therapeutic for me to

read the stories of others b/c I realize that I'm not the only one

going through with this and I find that I can relate to these ppl

and no longer feel so alone. Also, I find that when I post

questions and get responses, it helps me b/c it strenghthens my

combat arsenal in terms of knowledge. It helps me decide which

regimen/product I should try based on others' successes. And you

don't have to feel that you always need to contribute some helpful

knowledge. If you are down or need to vent, what better place is

there than to do it on this forum? As much as it helps to receive

help from others, those who offer help also feel rewarded. I've

never cried so much in my life before this thing all began. But

some days, I feel so miserable, I just cry out to God for help. Can

you picture a 33 year old guy crying uncontrollably? But then many

times I feel better after an outburst of crying even if the bites

don't go away. But emotionally I feel better. So hang in there.

I'm on the same boat; we all are. We'll get to the other side

together! Have hope!
