Guest guest
Ok, We can all get together for our Virtual Christmas and give each other our virtual gifts. Maybe have a cup of virtual eggnog. As to the real world: Ok, we don't want to break out our good Christmas stuff that we have in storage, because we don't want it to get infested. But it would be nice to have some holiday color and decoration. So how about some ideas as to cheap disposable Christmas decorations we can get from the Dollar Stores or make ourselves? Would love to hear some ideas.
Guest guest
No eggnog for me... Thanks! ;)But I was at Dollar General today to pick up an extension cord and noticed that they had some really decent decorations this year. Shouldn't be too expensive.... Depending on what you're looking for and the amount needed...You and the family could take a walk in the woods and gather up pine cones... And other assorted pods to decorate....You could also use the pine greenery.. Wire them together to make wreaths or garlands.....????Just a couple of ideas...(Thanks for the diversion Save!)TrlySent via BlackBerry by AT&TFrom: "savemyskin4me" <savemyskin4me@...>Date: Sat, 29 Nov 2008 04:43:46 -0000<bird mites >Subject: Dollar Store Christmas Ok, We can all get together for our Virtual Christmas and give each other our virtual gifts. Guest guest
No Eggnog?? Come On! Eggs have Sulfur in them and you KNOW how the buggies HATE Sulfur. Walk in the woods....well maybe, these days I'm afraid what will attack me next! lol The pine cones and pine are a nice idea, though and maybe when we throw them out a few critters will go along with them. Now THAT would be a excellent Christmas gift. I'll go check out the dollar stores soon, I'd love to find a tiny 2ft Christmas tree and hang some cheap ornaments and one string of lights. My cats will miss the Christmas tree this year, they always like to climb inside the tree and wait to ambush the other one when they walk by It's always funny to see the looks on peoples faces when they come over and all of a sudden your Christmas tree starts moving around all by itself <grin> > > No eggnog for me...
