So, how do I cover my back with Trish's balm? I can reach the lower but not the upper. I used to set down in a tall backed plether chair and rub balm on the chair and the rub my back on it. But now I own nothing and can't do it that way. No, I don't have anyone that can do it for me. I am sure there is a simple answer here, but can't seem to see it.

Any suggestions?

Try our tried and true method......go down to the old Wal-Mart store and buy the longest handled, widest spoon you can find. Put the oil or cream on the back side of the spoon and rub it on. What a life we all have to live !!!! Rita
