Do not give up - hang in there girl! I still feel like you have a good chance

of ultimately getting approved. You are doing the right thing to get the

Department of Insurance involved. They will probably tell you that you must

complete the appeals process first, but it doesn't hurt to get the ball

rolling.

I understand and can sympathize with the financial woes! My husband was owned

a business with his sister. She kept the books, unfortunately she chose not

to pay taxes to the state and federal government for an entire quarter before

she came clean and told us about it. Hubby and I are in debt up to our

earlobes to the federal and state government and to everyone else that his

lousy sister chose not to pay. (which come to find out were TONS) We are

looking at debt consolidation or something like that. I guess all that by way

of saying I really can understand and I feel for you and your family.
