Vaseline, car, etc.

Oh, Rita! This doctor ACKNOWLEDGED it would be " a long, long time " (with

your friend vaseline)?

Thanks to you, I'm not getting bites or crawls in the car these days.

Over a period of several weeks, I emptied can after can of Lemon Raid

into it, every crevice, as dammitgirl describes. Special effort up under

the dashboard on driver's side, headliner, pulling out driver's

seatbelt, etc.

Did it right after last car trip of the day. Improvement was slow, but

in the last two weeks I've taken two 10-hour (roundtrip) drives with no

problems. One friend can't bear to be in the car because of the smell.

Nobody else mentions it . . . And I of course can't smell it any more,

or much of anything else.
