What can you do when you're in a room full of ppl?

Such as your co-workers?

I'm at a conference and I baked all my clothes before going. But we

have a workshop all day in a closed room, about 20 of us. I have the

crawlies today. Imagine my stress level when I see ppl next to me

starting scratch, rub their nose, cheek, hair all day long... then the

row in front of me... then another row in front of me. I just was so

stressed out thinking that I'm the cause. I kept on thinking of them

going home and just hanging their sweaters or coats in their closet

and the rest is history.

Have you guys had this happen? What do you do (what can you do???) in

this type of situation?
