You can try to clean the printer head with rubbing alcohol.

Depending on the model, the head is on the printer it self or the

ink cartridge. I used to clean dry ones with alcohol and it worked

after that again.

Hi Kihun,

Thanks for the tip. I had also heard that soaking the cartridge head

in a little Windex helps to revive them. If I run out of the Windex,

that is good to know about the rubbing alcohol!

yup ours is drying out too. Prints smudgie.
