Guest guest
You can try to clean the printer head with rubbing alcohol. Depending on the model, the head is on the printer it self or the ink cartridge. I used to clean dry ones with alcohol and it worked after that again. > > Hi Everyone, > > For those with computer printers and dehumidifiers: I just wanted to > let you all know (if you haven't discovered this already)that running > the dehumidifier constantly can really dry out the printer cartridges > for inkjet printers. Guest guest
Hi Kihun, Thanks for the tip. I had also heard that soaking the cartridge head in a little Windex helps to revive them. If I run out of the Windex, that is good to know about the rubbing alcohol! I bought a cartridge not too long ago and the ink turned to powder in just a couple of months. Maybe these can be stored in a plastic baggie after printing to save on the ink.Has anyone else had such a problem? Thanks.lady Dee
