Guest guest
Kellie, Congrats on your insurance paying for the helmet! With all that you went through to get his helmet, its about time that you had a stroke of luck! Now just make sure you keep it on his head (just kidding!) One of the many joys of this whole thing is the roller coaster ride that our emotions take us on. There were plenty of times that I left the twins out of their bands because I felt like a bad mom. Then I would kick myself because I would think that it was lost time that I could get more correction. So how did do his first night in the helmet?! Hang in there and congrats again! Guest guest
Kellie: That is so wonderful that they have ended up paying for the helmet! YIPPEE, finally something good happens for you & . We all understand how difficult it is to see your baby in their helmet. Many of us have cheated plenty by taking the helmet off. Is he still sweating horribly in it? It'll get easier. Just plop it on his head & forget about it, as long as he's ok in it. If it's slipping over his eye, maybe you need a trim done to it? Give your orthotist a call to see if he could adjust it. Debbie Abby's mom DOCGrad MI >
