LOL.

You know when I was in Korea for a week back in Oct, I had some

really really good days. I even had a 2 day stretch where I didn't

feel a thing on my body. It's a diff story now tho, unfortunately

I've often wondered whether that's b/c of the diet. If you know

Korean food, most have two things in common. 1) it's spicy and 2)

there's tons of garlic. Most meals I ate whether it's Korean bbq or

some other grilled dish come with slices of garlic and and it's very

routine to dump sliced garlic on the grill and eat them with meat.

I was eating garlic like crazy! Pretty much daily.

So I'll do a garlic experiment and see whether that makes my body

unpleasant enough to keep these things off of me.

My friend, in who's barn was where we were infested togeather, is

traveling in Thailand said his crawlies stopped after a week there.

Nothing at all. Same cotton based clothes and travel case???

Spicy food definately helps. I've been eating as much curry and hot

stuff as possible for several weeks now. At the end of the first week

of doing so, I noticed an increase in activity. My buggies were not

happy. I swear I'm having less and less activity now. I randomly eat

saltines with Thai chili sauce on them. I'm started taking oregano,

garlic oil, and cayenne capsules.

I've looked for articles on mite infection by country but haven't

really found much info. I'd bet anything it's less of a problem in

cultures that eat hot, spicy food.
