I've read several posts here on applying epsom salts to the skin, but

I need some clarification:

Do you spray the epsom salt on skin first, then apply the olive oil,

or vice versa? What is the ideal rate of salt to water? How does

Clorox bleach factor in to the equation?

Hi I use 1 cup epsom 2-3 cups water, I pour it on and let it dry, it works well.

Rita uses 50/50

I make it stronger if it dosent work. It stings a little on the cuts as it

cleans them out , then stops hurting.

Epsom is excellent , I soak in it also with 1 cup of borax per 5 gallons of

water & 1/8 cup of dawn if my skin can take the detergent.. Stops all crawling

and clears up all bumps. It takes weeks & weeks 2 times a day for 30 minutes.

Saunas are good also and poultices (soggy bandage lashed to skin )of borax &

epsom.

ps epsom is a tool to be used in conjunction with other treatments. such as

sulfur, perm, betadine, or enzyme cleaner

What we do is we get our wash cloth all soapy and then squirt some Clorox on to the wash cloth and wash with that from head to toe. We keep adding more Clorox as we wash. Then we rinse the soap and Clorox off and slowly pour 1 pint of water that has 11/2 to 2 cups of Epsom salt dissolved in it. Rub this into the skin and then we pour either olive oil, baby oil or neem oil over us. We get out of the shower and blow dry this into the skin. The heat from the blow dryer makes this go deep into the pores of the skin. This has stopped the biting and the itching and we have clear skin. I don't know why this works but I sure wish I knew.
