Guest guest
Hi Dawn and welcome to the discussion group. It can seem overwhelming at times, but it does get easier once you settle on a regime that will work for you. There are plenty of tips on the 'files' section on the left you can also refer to. I would recommend printing out some of the info there and on the 'strategies' webpage of birdmites.org. Get a yellow highlighter and use it for things you wish to use/do. I think vinegar is a great rinse for hair also. And also Coal tar shampoo. There really are no 'correct' answers for many of the questions we all ask. It is sometimes trial and errror and what works for some may not work for others. I know that may not help much, but there are some smart and creative people here. I knew one person who had luck with Dawn dish soap so he plugged in a yard leaf blower in the house and sprayed Dawn in front of the blower and it disbursed the spray throughout the house. Talk about creativity! :-) Keep us posted, Tim > > I just got back from a run to the store to pick up a few of the things > mentioned but wanted to ask about what to wash my hair with.
