Yes, get some large empty capsules at the drugstore and put salt in them. We did it once when we were on some crazy diet. It works okay.

Since I'm not yet really participating in the lyme site, where the Salt+C protocol is huge, this may not be the most current info, but I ran across some buffered salt tabs

Are there better ways to take salt w/out having to taste it?
