I think I'll be training for a while, there's a lot to learn.You're right it helps a lot and the time goes by fast. I'm not half as tired as I thought I would be. I've been drinking essiac tea and drinking an energy type thing in the morning with barley and wheat grasses, FOS, brown rice, chlorella and kelp. How are you and your family?
