Guest guest
Hi Lou, Yes, your oil recipe has been fine, and a good substitute while I was waiting for my esp balm to arrive in the mail. Next time I mix a batch, I'll try olive oil as the carrier oil, to see if that changes the effects. I'm up to 7 drops twice daily of the MMS. I've been slow on understanding how to take it, but seem to have a system now. It hasn't made me sick, probably because I only increase the dose by 1 drop every day or two, depending on how I'm feeling. I have been pleasantly surprised by how cheerful and energetic I've been feeling since taking the MMS. And I sleep more soundly too. The only problem is if I take it too close to my sleep time, I get hyped up and cannot go to sleep. I'm not sure if I can make it to the recommended therapeutic dose of 15 drops 2-3 times daily for one week, but I'm aiming for that. I was re-reading the instructions yet again today, and noticed that diluted acidified MMS can be used topically to treat skin conditions such as psoriasis. I'm wondering what effect topical MMS would have on bug-infested patches of skin, and if anyone in this group has tried it? Here's a re-post of the link to the MMS instructions: http://www.health-science-spirit.com/MMS.html So, overall, I'm feeling much better from taking the MMS. I'm not sure that it has any direct effect on the bird mite problem, but I suspect my mycloplasma infection made me susceptible to the bird mite internal infestation, and I am hoping the MMS will kill off the mycoplasma. myrtle > > Hey Myrtle, let me know if it helps. > I was just wondering if you're feeling any better taking the MMS? > Lou
