Best Yet - cedarcide on pets

I was reading on the Best Yet site that using cedarcide right on pets,

including KITTENS was safe...is that because kittens don't groom the

way adults do? I can't imagine that licking that stuff off would be

healthy, but if anyone has had success with it, I'd try it on my poor

kitty.
