Guest guest
Dear Adam, Don't get sad, get mad. It is more effective. This is your life, your food, your stuff, your clothes, your air, your whatever else you have, not their's. They have no right to be leaching off of you. Take a walk and think of something that can be improved; aim to make next week a better week. That is what I always do when I get depressed about this. Somethings that might cheer you up: 1. You are not the only person going through this. 2. This CAN be cured. It just takes time and finding the right route for yourself although it is a long and hard process. - > > > > That blows. Guest guest
Great message, , you are so right. It can feel like they are going to win, like the pain and the effects are permanent. They are not! Not any more. We are taking back what is ours: our lives! KJ > > Dear Adam, > > Don't get sad, get mad. It is more effective.
