Hi ....the no smell is a plus......what I have learned by reading up on boric acid is that it does a lot......boric acid seems to kill mold and mildew. Since not only my basement but my entire house is full of this, on the 3rd day I noticed a very clean, fresh smell in the house. I have read that boric acid kills some types of bacteria, it is an antiseptic, anti - bacterial and is used to stop ear infections. I even read that they make 600mg suppositories of boric acid to be used by women for vaginal yeast infections. My goodness, why didn't I know about this amazing stuff before now???? Rita

Boric acid is also used in eye washes. I used to take boron

supplements when I realized the value of boric acid. I had a big

bottle and didn't replace it when I finished it. I don't know if it

helped - I did about 100 things! Maybe the combination is what did

it...who knows! I also used to throw some boric acid in the wash,

and I had it sprinkled around the house.
