What a super lady!

Nice to have someone who believes in whats going on with us and is

trying to help.

I wanted to pass on a few things she told me to the group that might

help you purge these nasty things out of you.

She said drink lots of water with lemon in it. This does work! My wife

has been having pain coming from her lesions and when she drinks lemon

water, the pain stops. We are now putting lemon in all of the water we

drink.

She also said to drink green tea, that this was very helpful.

Vitamin D take 800mg twice a day.

Eating Almonds is good for protein

Eat pineapple for the enzymes

Mangosteen is very good

Get your diet PH to 7.0 to 7.35

If you need too take a PH buffer (2 a day)

She said that taking Lugols iodine 2 drops a day and taking vinegar

is very helpful.

She said that Dr. Kolb has her patients use EpiCor (which is a

immune booster) and also potassium iodine tablets.

Trish told me you can order the EpiCor and Pot. iodine from Dr. Kolb

and that Dr. Kolb has the best prices.

She also told me to stay away from things like chicken that had been

injected or fed with GMO, any kind of meat that had GMO.

No deli cut meats, as they have been been sprayed with a viral phage

to prevent spoiling.

Cook and use extra virgin olive oil for the fats in your diet.

Basically, go as organic as you can.

The final thing, she said these things thrive on petrochemicals,

so be careful with what you are using as your topical application.

Trish's soap and balm seem to really working for us and she will soon

have the New Hope II line finished and available.

God Bless You Trish!

Trish is a great resource for us. She also has been recommending food

grade DE. I take one tablesoon in 4 oz of H20 just before bed. Some

amazing stuff (lower level talk here) is starting to come out after

about a week.

I add liquid chlorophyll and aloe vera (Goerge's distilled-no bitter

taste) to my Lugols and ACV (measure this-I was just pouring a shot

in- too much for my tummy). Enviva is a great tasting chlorophyll,

only available on line. I feel great since I've consistently been

taking this. Better than in a long time.

tralalalala
